Warranty - Oxark warranties all phones for a period of Ninety days (“90”) from the date of purchase. If the unit should malfunction, email Warranty@Oxark for all online returns for evaluation and all costs of shipping shall be borne solely by the purchaser.Oxark’s Customer Service Department will diagnose immediately upon receipt. Upon examination by Oxark, if the unit is found to be defective it will be repaired or replaced at no charge.Oxark’s WARRANTY does not apply to defects resulting from any action of the purchaser, including but not limited to mishandling, physical damage, water damage, improper interfacing, operation outside of design limits, improper repair by someone other than Oxark, use of any other product other than Oxark products, or unauthorized modification. This WARRANTY is VOID if the unit shows evidence of having been tampered with (broken seal) or shows evidence of being dhttp://www.repairxpert.com/amaged as a result of excessive corrosion; or current, heat, moisture or vibration; improper specification; misapplication; misuse; abuse or other operating conditions outside of Oxark’s control.Software WARRANTY applies to factory restore’s, backups, jailbreaks, unlocks, and applies to computers, laptops, cellular phones, etc. WARRANTY is VOID if customer performs any software modifications not limited to restore, updating software on the device, downloading unauthorized or unapproved software, viruses, malware, spyware, or attempts to modify any software that has been installed by Oxark. Oxark employees reserve the right to VOID any warranty if any improper software installations or modifications have been made after customer has left the location including but not limited to. This warranty is non-transferable and does not apply to any purchaser who bought the product from a reseller or distributor not authorized by Oxark, including but not limited to purchases from internet auction sites.
Accessory Return Policy - We will gladly accept returns or make exchanges on all wireless accessories purchased from Oxark within 7 days of purchase. All items must be in original packaging and not be torn apart or in a non-sellable condition. All Bluetooth products after the 7 days must be warrantied through the original manufacturer. All sales are final on ear pieces, batteries, software, Bluetooth Headsets and swivel clips.
Wireless Device - We will gladly accept returns or make exchanges on all wireless devices purchased from Oxark within 72 hours of receiving the product. A restocking fee of $35 for phones, $75 for netbooks and tablets $125 for Laptops, Mac’s & computers) applies to any return or exchange of a wireless device within the 72 hours and or 90 minutes usage including but not limited to. Phones cannot be returned or exchanged if the UPC sticker has been removed.All items must be in original packaging and not be torn apart or in a non-sellable condition. All returns/ exchanges must be accompanied by the original sales receipt.
All orders are subject to availability. Packages are shipped via the United States Post Office, FedEx or UPS nonetheless, we reserve the right to ship by other carriers. We can not ship on weekends, or holidays. We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes. Oxark expressly reserves the right to refuse to conduct business with any third party.

Applicable law may not allow the limitation of exclusion of liability or incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.Since devices sent for repair may have other damage or problems.All Repairs are for the described Repair or Replacement Service Only & may cause additional Cost to the purchaser.

In the event of physical lost or damaged unit/s or any other customer owned property sent for repair, Oxark shall not be liable for more than $100 (one hundred dollars) or the amount paid for repair per unit.
Oxark reserves the right to reject any product for return or refund. The condition of the product can not be damaged or abused. Oxark is not responsible for any costs of shipping and handling on returned items. Any shipping and handling costs charged on your order will be deducted from your refund. We will issue a refund to your original form of payment for items returned within 5 business days. Before returning any product, please send an email to email@example.com & we will email you the process for the return.
